THE CHALLENGE (2025)
Pre-construction sales present the friction of selling an intangible (something that doesn't exist yet). The goal was to generate trust and tangibility to attract investors in early stages of development.
THE SOLUTION
We executed a Project Launch strategy:
- High-Impact Visualization: We used quality renders and visual material to generate desire and tangibility in the ads.
- Generation of Potential Investor Leads: We set up campaigns on Google and Meta Ads specifically targeted at an investor profile, filtering by economic capacity and financial interest.
- Conversion Landing Pages: We created specific landing pages per development to capture qualified interested data.
- AI Agents: Contact automation with artificial intelligence + CRM management.
RESULT
Optimus I and Arquimia II were completely sold out in less than 12 months.
